Managing catalog and LiveOps via canvas

Overview

Xsolla LiveOps Management Suite is a tool to visually manage the monetization strategy elements of your game. Its core is the canvas — an interactive workspace where you can create and connect products, promotions, and other LiveOps mechanics.

The items and LiveOps mechanics you create can be used across any Xsolla solutions. For example, in Web Shop or within the game client if it is integrated with the Xsolla API.

The tool makes working with content and campaigns more transparent and visual. It is valuable for teams responsible for LiveOps, monetization, and promotion: producers, LiveOps managers, content and localization specialists.

We enable Xsolla LiveOps Management Suite for partners who benefit from it the most. Typically, this means you already have:

Once your account is enabled, you can access Xsolla LiveOps Management Suite from your project in the Publisher Account.

In the side menu, go to the LiveOps > Canvas section to open the canvas where you can manage catalog and LiveOps campaigns.

Operate and integrate

LiveOps Management Suite helps you create and manage promotions and catalog content. However, for these configurations to work inside your game, you need to complete additional integration steps on your side:

Make sure your game client and backend are properly integrated with Xsolla services so that promotions, and items created in the canvas are delivered to your users.
