Artikelkatalog im JSON-Format importieren und exportieren
Sie können Artikel durch den Import aus einer JSON-Datei erstellen, aktualisieren oder deaktivieren.
Hinweis
Sie können Artikel mithilfe von API-Aufrufen oder manuell erstellen, aktualisieren oder deaktivieren. Allerdings müssen Sie für jeden Artikel eine separate Anfrage oder Aktion durchführen. Per Import können Sie diese Aktionen dagegen für mehrere Artikel gleichzeitig durchführen, indem Sie die Artikel in einer einzigen JSON-Datei angeben.

Hinweis
Alle Artikeltypen (virtuelle Gegenstände, virtuelle Währung, virtuelle Währungspakete und Bundles) lassen sich aus einer JSON-Datei importieren.
Artikel, die von der Canvas-Benutzeroberfläche nicht unterstützt werden (virtuelle Währungspakete), werden importiert, erscheinen jedoch nicht in der Artikelliste auf der Arbeitsfläche.
Alle importierten Artikel sind im System verfügbar und können außerhalb der Arbeitsfläche (im Kundenportal oder über die API) verwendet werden.
So importieren Sie einen Artikelkatalog aus einer JSON-Datei:
Navigieren Sie im Kundenportal-Projekt zum Menüpunkt LiveOps > Canvas.
Klicken Sie in der Symbolleiste auf
. Klicken Sie im Anzeigebereich der Artikelliste auf das +-Symbol, und wählen Sie Import items (JSON) aus.
- Wählen Sie die gewünschte Aktion:
- Add new items — nur Artikel mit neuen SKUs werden hinzugefügt.
- Add new items and update existing ones — Artikel mit neuen SKUs werden hinzugefügt und vorhandene Artikeldaten werden aktualisiert.
- Add new items, update existing and disable missing ones — Artikel mit SKUs aus der Datei werden hinzugefügt oder aktualisiert. Wenn ein Artikel im Katalog existiert, aber nicht in der Datei enthalten ist, wird der Artikelstatus in Partially available geändert. Ein solcher Artikel kann nicht separat gekauft werden, ist jedoch als Teil eines Bundles oder als Bonusartikel erhältlich.
- Klicken Sie auf Continue.
- Füllen Sie die Datei für den Import aus:
- Laden Sie die Dateivorlage im Download-Fenster herunter, und füllen Sie sie gemäß dem folgenden Beispiel aus.
- Exportieren Sie die Artikel, und verwenden Sie die exportierte Datei als Vorlage.
- Erstellen Sie Ihre eigene JSON-Datei, und füllen Sie sie gemäß dem unten stehenden Beispiel aus.

Sie können Artikel mithilfe des API-Aufrufs Import items via JSON file importieren.
Befolgen Sie die oben genannten Empfehlungen zum Ausfüllen der Datei, um Fehler beim Import zu vermeiden.
Artikelkatalog in JSON-Datei exportieren
So exportieren Sie einen Artikel oder den gesamten Artikelkatalog in eine JSON-Datei:
- Navigieren Sie im Kundenportal-Projekt zum Menüpunkt LiveOps > Canvas.
- Klicken Sie in der Symbolleiste auf
. - Klicken Sie im Anzeigebereich der Artikelliste auf +, und wählen Sie Export items (JSON) aus.
- Wählen Sie die gewünschte Aktion:
- Export all items — Exportiert den gesamten Katalog aller Elementtypen im Projekt.
- Export selected items only — exportiert nur die im Feld Items ausgewählten Artikel.
- Klicken Sie auf Export. Der Download der JSON-Datei startet daraufhin automatisch.
