How to create integrations with SaaS services

If you are using SaaS services as data sources, creating an integration feature seems to be right for you. This function allows you to transmit and refresh your data easily. Please, keep in mind that only Company owners are capable of creating such integrations.

To create an integration with a SaaS service (e. g. Pipedrive, Jira, or Google Ads), from the Analytics tab, head over to the Data sources page and click the +Data source button at the top of the page. Select Create New Integration from the submenu:

Another way to do that is to head over the Integrations page and then press the +App or database button at the top:

The next steps in the process of creating an integration depend on the connectors’ specifics.

Be aware that once added, SaaS integration becomes available for all the users of the Company. Since that, any user can build Data sources based on these integrations’ data. These data sources are visible only for their creators, but may be shared manually if needed.

On the Integrations tab, you can make other necessary adjustments as well by clicking on the integration title (e. g. to refresh data manually, rename, or delete an integration).
