How to refresh data
By default, data from a data source is automatically loaded into charts when you open a report. After opening the report, the data in the charts is not refreshed automatically.
You can update data in Advanced Analytics from your source in the following ways:
Manual refresh
- Go to the Integrations tab.
- Click the ⋯ icon. Select Refresh data from the drop-down list.
Data upload will start immediately.
Scheduled refresh
You can set automatic updates for the following types of data sources:
- data sources based on integrations
- files from cloud storage or uploaded via URL
- files uploaded from PC
Data sources based on integrations
- Go to the Integrations tab and click the name of the integration.
- In the Integration Settings window, click Data refresh and set the refresh frequency in the Update Rate field.

- Click Done.
Files from cloud storage or uploaded via URL
- Go to the Data sources tab and click the name of the file.
- In the Settings tab of the editor, set the Update Rate.

Note
If you delete or rename columns in the source file, charts using that data source will be rebuilt.
Files uploaded from PC
To update the data source based on a file uploaded from your computer, reload the file manually:
- Go to the Data sources tab and click the name of the file.
- Click Upload a File at the top pane and select Your Computer. Choose the updated file and click Open.

Data from the file will be displayed in the editor. Click the ⋯ icon and select Save to save changes in the data source.

Note
If you delete or rename columns in the source file, charts built using that data source will be rebuilt.
