Management via Publisher Account
The following functionality of the Login product is available to you in your Publisher Account.
Creating project
You can create a project in Publisher Account to:
- Integrate Xsolla products to your game. Each game or service is presented as a separate project.
- Split localization in your game.
- Split the payment methods in your game.
The method of creating a project depends on whether you already signed up for Publisher Account. Follow the steps to create a project for:
For unregistered account
- Sign up to Publisher Account.
- In the side menu, click Create project.
- If you have a game site on any platform, select Yes and do the following:
- Enter a link to your game on any platform (optional).
- Enter your project name in English.
- If you don’t have a game site on any platform, select No and do the following:
- Enter your project name in English.
- Enter a link to your game (optional).
- Leave additional information about your game so that we can offer you the best solutions based on your needs (optional):
- Choose the platforms where the game is (or will be) published.
- Choose your game engine.
- Choose the monetization methods you use or plan to use if your game is not already released.
- If the game has already been released, check the Game is already released box.
- Specify the release date if your game is not already released.
- Click Create project and go to the Xsolla solutions recommended for you.
For registered account
Possible ways to create a project:
- Quick setup — to create a project with preconfigured Xsolla products.
- Manual setup — to create a project with manual configuration of Xsolla products.
Quick setup
- Go to Publisher Account and click the + icon in the Projects section.
- Select Quick setup.
- Add the game link from the game platform. For example:
https://store.steampowered.com/app/606880/GreedFall
. - Select the Xsolla products you want to integrate.
- Click Create.

Preconfiguration is performed based on the game data taken from the link:
- Image.
- Description.
- Prices on items (game keys, virtual items, virtual currency, bundles, and promotions).
Preconfiguration includes:
- connecting modules when choosing Buy Button and In-Game Store
- creating a launcher when choosing Launcher
- creating a site without publication when choosing Site Builder
- creating a program without publication when choosing Partner Network
Manual setup
- Go to Publisher Account and click the + icon in the Projects section.
- Select Manual setup.
- Select project languages. English is set by default.
- Add project name for all specified languages.
- Add the game website (optional).
- Click Create.

User authentication
To set up features related to user authentication:
- Open your project in Publisher Account.
- Click Login in the side menu and go to Login projects > your Login project.

- Set up which method of user authentication to use:
Use passwordless login via phone number
- Go to General settings.
- In the Authentication block, set the Use passwordless login via phone toggle to On.
- Click Save changes.

Use login via social networks
- Go to Social connections.
- Set up necessary social networks.

- Your own application. When connecting a social network, you need to enter your application data.
- Xsolla Login application. When connecting a social network, leave the fields empty.
Use login via social networks only
- Go to General settings.
- In the Authentication block:
- If you use the Login widget 2.0, switch off all login toggles.
- If you use the previous version of Login widget, switch off the Log in via username and password toggle.
- Click Save changes.
- Set up necessary social networks.
Working with users
- Open your project in Publisher Account.
- Click Login in the side menu and go to Login projects > your Login project > Users.

- Available features:
- To export the list of users to a CSV file, click Export users.
- To block the user, click Ban in the user settings.
- To create or change a user group, click Manage user groups.
- To edit the user information, click View profile in the user settings.
- To resend a user account confirmation email:
- Click View profile in the user settings. The User profile modal window will open.
- In the Primary email block, click Resend email confirmation.
Displaying authentication statistics
- Open your project in Publisher Account.
- Click Login in the side menu and go to Login projects > Statistics.
Login widget
To customize the Login widget UI, use the instruction for the Login widget 2.0 or for the previous version of Login widget.
