How to export users to mailchimp
How it works
Setting up the export of your users to Mailchimp allows you to synchronize the list of Xsolla Login users’ email addresses with the service’s contact list. The export of existing users is completed instantly, and the export of new users is completed automatically.
Note
Users are exported to the contact list only if they confirmed their email address.
Who can use it
Partners who have already integrated Login and have a Mailchimp account.
How to get it
To set up the connection to Mailchimp:
- Go to the Login settings in Publisher Account, choose the Login project, and click on the Users section.
- Click on the Mailchimp button > Connect.
- Follow the instructions.
To change the audience:
- Click Mailchimp > Disconnect to stop exporting users to Mailchimp.
- Set up the connection again.
Note
If you enable the audience you previously disabled, it will be updated with the users who registered after the disabling.
