How it works

Creator Storefront is a personalized landing page that is automatically generated for each approved creator participating in your Xsolla Partner Network campaign.

Users open the personalized landing page via a unique link and see your offers displayed alongside the creator’s stream, social links, and interaction buttons.

  • Unique storefront URL — every creator receives a consistent link in the following format: x.la/@creatorname/game-name.
  • Attribution-ready by default — backed by Xsolla’s integrated checkout with built-in analytics and no additional setup required.
  • Item sync from your web shop — storefronts automatically pull items (virtual currency, virtual items, bundles) from your existing catalog.
  • Offer visibility during livestreams — if a creator is live and streaming your game, the storefront automatically displays the items selected for the campaign at the top of the page.
  • Two options for user authentication implementation — choose between Xsolla Login (which supports multiple authentication flows) and User ID.
  • Webhook support — webhooks ensure user validation and enable secure purchase tracking.
  • Reward chain support — loyalty mechanics that encourage repeat purchases.
  • Brand-customized storefront layout — page content adapts to each creator’s branding: stream, visuals, bio, and social links.
  • Seamless Web Shop integration — storefronts extend your web shop, no need for separate storefront setup.

For users, the storefront appears as a web shop styled to match the creator’s branding:

  • A trailer or live stream
  • Product cards
  • Custom banner and social links
  • Buttons like Shop, Tips, and About

How to set it up

Note
This article is focused on the Creator storefront feature. The whole process of creating a new campaign is described in the campaign set up guide.
  1. Open your project in Publisher Account, go to the User acquisition > Creator marketing > Campaigns section and click Create campaign.
  2. On the Campaign settings step specify the Shop experience section:
    1. Select Creator storefront as the shop type.
    1. For the Campaign URL ID field enter the campaign identifier (e.g. game name with hyphens). This becomes part of the storefront URL.
    1. In the Items drop-down list, select items from your existing Items catalog that will be sold in the creator’s web shop. If the required items are not yet in the catalog, you can set it up manually, import items via JSON file or external platforms, or use API methods.
Note

If you choose an item group that contains a virtual item or virtual currency, select the authentication method:

  • Xsolla Login — select Xsolla Login project associated with your Web Shop. If you’re not sure which project to choose, check the authorization settings in Publisher Account.
  • User ID — select the Xsolla Login project associated with your Web Shop and add a webhook URL to enable user validation via webhook.

You can select a preconfigured reward chain if you want to encourage repeat purchases.

    1. Click Preview creator storefront to see what the landing page will look like for the content creator.
  1. When all sections in the Campaign settings step are configured, click Done.
