Game information
General information
In Publisher Account in the Partner Network > Games section, you can find information about games you are interested in, including their streams statistics. It will allow you to:
- Analyze the popularity of your game.
- Track the dynamics of stream views.
- Use data from other games to guide you when developing and promoting your own game.
- Find creators who stream your game but have not joined your campaign yet.
- Contacts creators who streamed similar games.
Publisher Account provides information only about games that have been added to the IGDB database. If a game has been streamed on Twitch or YouTube, statistics on the streams are added to the game page in Publisher Account. Streams are added automatically based on the Twitch ID or YouTube name.
The game page contains the following information:
- game genres
- description
- developer
- platforms on which the game is available
- release dates
- publishers
- links to the game and its platforms
In addition, the corresponding tabs display:
Stream statistics
To see the general statistics of the game streams:
- Open your project in Publisher Account and go to the Partner Network > Games section.
- Go to the game page by clicking on the card or row of the game. If necessary, use the search bar and the filter by genre.
- On the page that opens, select the required period for displaying statistics. If necessary, switch to the platform tab – YouTube or Twitch. The page will display general information about the game streams:
- the maximum number of unique viewers during streams
- an average number of viewers during streams
- the total number of hours watched
- the total number of hours streamed for the game
To see graphs of these indicators, click on their names. You can view graphs for both platforms or for each one separately.
You can download statistics for all indicators and both platforms in CSV format. To do it, click Export to CSV.
Live streams
To view statistics for live game stream:
- Open your project in Publisher Account and go to the Partner Network > Games section.
- Go to the game page by clicking on the card or row of the game. If necessary, use the search bar and the filter by genre.
- On the page that opens, go to the Live tab. If necessary, switch to the platform tab – YouTube or Twitch.
- The page will display information about live streams:
- The creator’s nickname and stream languages. If the creator is registered in Xsolla Influencer Account, i.e. is an Xsolla partner, the Xsolla logo is displayed next to their avatar.
- The number of followers the creator has.
- The duration of all streams by the creator.
- Total watch time.
- The maximum number of unique viewers during the stream.
- The average number of viewers who simultaneously watched the stream over the past 30 days (Average Concurrent Viewers, ACV).
Click the ••• icon in the creator’s row to:
- go to the live stream
- invite the creator to the campaign, if they are an Xsolla partner
You can download statistics for all Twitch and YouTube streams in CSV format. To do this, click Export to CSV.
Creators
To see statistics on content makers who stream the game:
- Open your project in Publisher Account and go to the Partner Network > Games section.
- Go to the game page by clicking on the card or row of the game. If necessary, use the search bar and the filter by genre.
- On the page that opens, go to the Creators tab.
- On the page that opens, select the required statistics display period. If necessary, switch to the platform tab — YouTube or Twitch. The page will display information about the creators who stream this game:
- The creator’s nickname and stream language. If the creator is registered in Xsolla Influencer Account, i.e. is an Xsolla partner, the Xsolla logo is displayed next to their avatar.
- The number of followers the creator has.
- The duration of all streams by the creator.
- Total watch time.
- The maximum number of unique viewers during the stream.
- The average number of viewers who simultaneously watched the stream over the past 30 days (Average Concurrent Viewers, ACV).
If the creator is registered in Xsolla Influencer Account, i.e. is an Xsolla partner, you can invite the creator to the campaign. To do this, click + and fill out the form.
You can download statistics for all Twitch and YouTube streams in CSV format. To do this, click Export to CSV.
Media
To see media materials that gaming companies upload to the IGDB database:
- Open your project in Publisher Account and go to the Partner Network > Games section.
- Go to the game page by clicking on the game card or row. Use the search bar if necessary.
- On the page that opens, go to the Media tab.
If the media has not been uploaded to the database, the section will be empty.
