Rosters
How it works
A roster is a list of creators used to manage access and track performance in your campaigns. You can use rosters to:
- Pre-approve campaign participants — before launching a campaign, create a preliminary list and send it to a colleague or manager for review.
- Auto-approve creators to join a campaign — use the roster as an allowlist.
- Restrict access to campaigns for specific creators — use the roster as a blocklist.
- Track creators’ performance — generate reports on rosters coverage, filtered by game or time period.
You can create rosters in the following ways:
- Manually add creators from the Xsolla Partner Network database.
- Manually add YouTube or Twitch channels.
- Upload a list via CSV file.
How to set it up
Create roster
- Open your Publisher Account and go to the User acquisition > Creator marketing > Rosters section.
- Click Create roster.
- Specify the roster name and click Create.
The created roster will be empty. To start using it, add creators via one of the methods described in the tabs below.
Note
A creator can belong to multiple rosters simultaneously.
Invite creators to campaign
- Open your Publisher Account and go to the User acquisition > Creator marketing > Rosters section.
- Open the desired roster.
- Click ••• next to a creator and select Invite to campaign.
Notice
You can invite a creator to multiple campaigns simultaneously. However, only one invitation per week can be sent to the same creator for a specific campaign.
- In the modal window, fill in the following fields:
- Campaign. In the drop-down list, select the campaign you are inviting the creator to.
- Source. Choose the link the creator will use to join your campaign: either from the main page of the Xsolla Creator Account or from a dedicated domain for your game. This link opens when the campaign card button is clicked.
- If you invite a creator from the Xsolla Partner Network database, select their main platform from the Creator's priority platform drop-down list — its metrics will be used to assess performance.
- If the creator is not in the Xsolla Partner Network database, provide the URL to their channel and their email in the Creator info field.
- If you want to invite a creator by the channel, provide the channel link in one of the following formats:
https://www.youtube.com/channel/[uid]
https://www.youtube.com/c/[nickname]
https://www.twitch.tv/[nickname]
https://www.tiktok.com/[@username]
,
[uid]
— creator's ID in the social media,[nickname]
and[@username]
— creator's nickname in social media.
- If you want to invite a creator by the channel, provide the channel link in one of the following formats:
- Message. Add the invitation text that will be displayed in the campaign card.
Note
If you don’t specify a channel link, the creator can sign up or log in with any supported social network.
- Click Invite.
