Users management
You can manage users in Publisher Account if you have one of the following roles:
- developer
- junior developer
- owner
Only a project owner can change roles in Publisher Account in the Company settings > Users section.
Send invitations to users
You can send invitations to users to create a Payouts account, pass the verification procedure, and send requests to receive withdrawals.
To send invitations to users:
- Open your project in Publisher Account.
- In the side menu, click Payouts.
- In the Users tab, click Invite users.
- In the window that opens, enter the emails of users.
- Click Send invitations.
If you want to invite a large number of users, you can use the Upload CSV tab to upload a CSV file that contains the list of emails of users. The maximum file size is 1 MB and it should not include a header.
Delete users
You can delete users from Payouts if you want to cancel their invitation or your collaboration came to the end.
To delete users:
- Open your project in Publisher Account.
- In the side menu, click Payouts.
- In the Users tab, check the boxes of users you want to delete.
- Click Delete and confirm your action.
To restore data of deleted users, contact Xsolla customer support. You can also invite users again — in this case, the system considers them as new users.
