Importar y exportar el catálogo de artículos en formato JSON
Puede crear, actualizar o desactivar artículos utilizando la importación desde un archivo JSON.
Nota
Puede crear, actualizar o desactivar artículos utilizando llamadas API o manualmente. Sin embargo, cada artículo requiere una solicitud o acción independiente. Con la importación, puede ejecutar estas acciones para varios artículos a la vez especificándolos en un solo archivo JSON.

Importar catálogo de artículos desde un archivo JSON
Nota
La importación desde un archivo JSON admite todos los tipos de artículos: artículos virtuales, moneda virtual, paquetes de moneda virtual y lotes.
Los artículos no admitidos en la interfaz de usuario del lienzo (paquetes de moneda virtual) se importarán, pero no aparecerán en la lista de artículos en el lienzo.
Todos los artículos importados estarán disponibles en el sistema y podrán usarse fuera del lienzo, a través de Cuenta del editor o la API.
Para importar un catálogo de artículos desde un archivo JSON:
En su proyecto en Cuenta del editor, vaya a LiveOps > Canvas.
En la barra de herramientas, haga clic en el icono
. En el área de la lista de artículos, haga clic en el icono + y seleccione Import items (JSON).
Elija la acción deseada:
Add new items: solo se añadirán artículos con nuevos SKU.
Add new items and update existing ones: se añadirán artículos con nuevos SKU y se actualizarán los datos de los artículos existentes.
Add new items, update existing and disable missing ones: los artículos con SKU del archivo se añadirán o se actualizarán. Si un artículo existe en el catálogo pero no está en el archivo, su estado cambiará a Partially available. No se podrá comprar dicho artículo por separado; estará disponible como parte de un lote o como un artículo de bonificación.
Haga clic en Continue.
Complete el archivo para la importación:
Descargue la plantilla del archivo en la ventana de descarga y complétela según el ejemplo a continuación.
Exporte los artículos y use el archivo exportado como plantilla.
Cree su propio archivo JSON y complételo según el ejemplo a continuación.

- Suba el archivo completo al campo correspondiente en la ventana de importación.
- Si hay errores durante la importación, se mostrará una lista de los errores y recomendaciones para resolverlos en la ventana de importación. Realice los cambios necesarios en el archivo y súbalo de nuevo.
Tras subirlo correctamente, los artículos con los SKU especificados se crearán, actualizarán o desactivarán.
Nota
Puede importar artículos utilizando la llamada API Importar artículos mediante un archivo JSON.
Para evitar errores durante la importación, siga las recomendaciones anteriores para completar el archivo.
Exportar catálogo de artículos a un archivo JSON
Para exportar un artículo o todo el catálogo de artículos a un archivo JSON:
- En su proyecto en Cuenta del editor, vaya a LiveOps > Canvas.
- En la barra de herramientas, haga clic en el icono
. - En el área de la lista de artículos, haga clic en el icono + y seleccione Export items (JSON).
- Elija la acción deseada:
- Export all items: exporta todo el catálogo de todos los tipos de artículos en el proyecto.
- Export selected items only: exporta solo los artículos seleccionados en el campo Items.
- Haga clic en Export. La descarga del archivo JSON comenzará automáticamente.
