Gets a list of particular user’s read-only attributes. Returns only attributes with the server value of the attr_type parameter, which was set only for reading.

keys	Array of strings 얻고자 하는 특성의 키 목록입니다. 지정하지 않으면 메소드가 모든 사용자의 특성을 반환합니다.
publisher_project_id	integer 관리자 페이지에서 특성을 가져오려는 프로젝트 ID입니다. 지정하지 않으면 메소드가 이 매개 변수 값이 없는 특성을 반환합니다.
user_id	string or null <uuid> 가져오려고 하는 특성의 사용자 ID입니다. 요청은 `permission` 매개변수의 공개 값을 가진 특성만 반환합니다. 지정하지 않거나 사용자 ID를 현재 사용자의 사용자 ID를 입력하지 않으면 요청은 권한 매개 변수에 대해 임의의 값을 가진 특성만 반환합니다.
