Importação e exportação de catálogos de itens no formato JSON
Você pode criar, atualizar ou desativar itens usando a importação de um arquivo JSON.
Observação
Você pode criar, atualizar ou desativar itens usando Chamadas de API ou manualmente. No entanto, para cada item, você precisa realizar uma solicitação ou ação separada. Com a importação, você pode realizar essas ações para vários itens simultaneamente especificando-os em um único arquivo JSON.

Importar catálogo de itens do arquivo JSON
Observação
A importação de um Arquivo JSON suporta todos os tipos de itens — itens virtuais, moedas virtuais, pacotes de moedas virtuais e conjuntos.
Itens não suportados pela interface do canvas (pacotes de moedas virtuais) serão importados, mas não aparecerão na lista de itens no canvas.
Todos os itens importados estão disponíveis no sistema e podem ser usados fora do canvas — pela Conta de Distribuidor ou API.
Para importar um catálogo de itens de um arquivo JSON:
No seu projeto em Conta de Distribuidor, acesse a seção LiveOps > Canvas.
Na barra de ferramentas, selecione o ícone
. Na área da lista de itens, selecione o ícone + e então Import items (JSON).
- Escolha a ação desejada:
- Add new items — apenas itens com novos SKUs serão adicionados.
- Add new items and update existing ones — itens com novos SKUs serão adicionados e os dados do item existentes serão atualizados.
- Add new items, update existing and disable missing ones — itens com SKUs do arquivo serão adicionados ou atualizados. Se um item existir no catálogo, mas não estiver no arquivo, seu status será alterado para Partially available. Tal item não pode ser comprado separadamente, mas estará disponível como parte de um conjunto ou como um item bônus.
- Selecione Continue.
- Preencha o arquivo para importação:
- Baixe o modelo de arquivo na janela de download e preencha-o de acordo com o exemplo abaixo.
- Exporte os itens e use o arquivo exportado como modelo.
- Crie seu próprio arquivo JSON e preencha-o conforme o exemplo abaixo.

Exportar catálogo de itens para um arquivo JSON
Para exportar um item ou o catálogo inteiro de itens para um arquivo JSON:
- No seu projeto na Conta de Distribuidor, acesse a seção LiveOps > Canvas.
- Na barra de ferramentas, selecione o ícone
. - Na área da lista de itens, selecione o ícone + e então Import items (JSON).
- Escolha a ação desejada:
- Export all items — exporta o catálogo inteiro de todos os tipos de itens no projeto.
- Export selected items only — exporta apenas os itens selecionados no campo Items.
- Selecione em Export. O download do arquivo JSON começará automaticamente.
