Примечание
Вы можете создавать, обновлять или отключать товары, используя методы API или вручную. Однако для каждого товара необходимо выполнять отдельный запрос или действие. С помощью импорта вы можете выполнять эти действия для нескольких товаров одновременно, указав их в одном JSON-файле.

Импорт каталога товаров из JSON-файла
Примечание
Импорт из JSON-файла поддерживает любые типы товаров — виртуальные предметы, виртуальную валюту, пакеты виртуальной валюты и бандлы.
Товары, не поддерживаемые интерфейсом канваса (пакеты виртуальной валюты), будут импортированы, но не отобразятся в списке товаров на канвасе.
Все импортированные товары доступны в системе и могут быть использованы вне канваса — через интерфейс Личного кабинета или API.
Чтобы импортировать каталог товаров из JSON-файла:
В проекте в Личном кабинете перейдите в раздел LiveOps > Canvas.
В панели управления нажмите значок
. В области со списком товаров нажмите значок + и выберите пункт Import items (JSON).
- Выберите нужное действие:
- Add new items — будут добавлены только товары с новыми артикулами.
- Add new items and update existing ones — будут добавлены товары с новыми артикулами и обновлены данные существующих товаров.
- Add new items, update existing and disable missing ones — товары с артикулами из файла будут добавлены/обновлены. Если товар есть в каталоге, но товара с таким артикулом нет в файле, статус товара будет изменен на Partially available. Такой товар нельзя приобрести отдельно, но он доступен в составе бандла или в качестве бонуса.
- Нажмите Continue.
- Заполните файл для импорта:
- Скачайте шаблон файла в окне загрузки и заполните его по примеру ниже.
- Экспортируйте товары и используйте экспортированный файл как шаблон.
- Создайте свой JSON-файл и заполните его по примеру ниже.

Экспорт каталога товаров в JSON-файл
Чтобы экспортировать товар или каталог товаров в JSON-файл:
- В проекте в Личном кабинете перейдите в раздел LiveOps > Canvas.
- В панели управления нажмите значок
. - В области со списком товаров нажмите значок + и выберите пункт Export items (JSON).
- Выберите нужное действие:
- Export all items — будет выгружен весь каталог всех типов товаров данного проекта.
- Export selected items only — будут выгружены только товары, выбранные в поле Items.
- Нажмите Export. Загрузка JSON-файла начнется автоматически.
