Как настроить сайт для продажи товаров

Использование собственного сайта позволит вам продавать товары без комиссии сторонних платформ и улучшить монетизацию игры. С помощью шаблонов конструктора сайтов вы можете продавать виртуальные предметы, пакеты виртуальной валюты, бандлы и игровые ключи. Ниже описаны способы продажи товаров в блоке Магазин или через кнопку продажи.

Cценарий пользователя:

Пользователь переходит на сайт.
Пользователь нажимает кнопку покупки.
Открывается модальное окно авторизации или ввода электронной почты (в зависимости от типа товара).
Пользователь оплачивает покупку в открывшемся платежном интерфейсе.

Эта инструкция описывает базовую настройку магазина и подключение его к сайту. Подробная информация о продаже определенных типов товаров приведена в следующих разделах:

Чтобы настроить сайт для продажи товаров:

Создайте каталог товаров.
Добавьте блок Магазин или кнопку покупки.

Создание каталога

На сайте вы можете продавать следующие типы товаров:

пакеты виртуальной валюты;
виртуальные предметы;
игровые ключи;
бандлы.

Чтобы создать каталог, вы можете воспользоваться интерфейсом Личного кабинета, методами API, а также импортировать каталог из JSON-файла и внешних платформ.

Создание виртуальной валюты

Чтобы настроить виртуальную валюту через Личный кабинет:

В проекте в Личном кабинете перейдите в раздел Каталог товаров > Все товары.
Нажмите Добавить и в раскрывающемся списке выберите Виртуальная валюта.

Добавьте:
1. изображение (опционально);
2. артикул;
3. название виртуальной валюты.
Чтобы настроить отображение виртуальной валюты в магазине, выберите соответствующий статус.

Чтобы задать цену, нажмите Настроить цены и укажите цену в реальной валюте. При необходимости настройте региональные цены.
Настройте атрибуты для предмета одним из следующих способов (опционально):

1. Добавьте атрибуты и их значения в формате JSON.

1. Создайте атрибуты и их значения вручную и настройте их связь с товарами.

Проверьте настройки и нажмите Создать валюту.

Создание пакета виртуальной валюты

Перед настройкой пакетов виртуальной валюты необходимо создать виртуальную валюту.

Чтобы настроить пакет виртуальной валюты через Личный кабинет:

В проекте в Личном кабинете перейдите в раздел Каталог товаров > Все товары.
Нажмите Добавить и в раскрывающемся списке выберите Пакет виртуальной валюты.

Добавьте:
1. изображение (опционально);
2. артикул;
3. группу, содержащую этот пакет в магазине;
4. название;
5. краткое описание (опционально).
Чтобы настроить отображение виртуальной валюты в магазине, выберите соответствующий статус.

Укажите виртуальную валюту в составе пакета и ее количество.
Задайте цены или создайте бесплатный предмет в поле Платно или бесплатно:

- Чтобы создать бесплатный предмет, выберите Бесплатный предмет.

- Чтобы задать цену, выберите Платный пакет и укажите цену в реальной или виртуальной валюте. При необходимости настройте региональные цены.

Чтобы ограничить количество пакетов, доступное для покупки, активируйте переключатель Ограничивать покупку пакетов валюты пользователем и введите необходимое число.
Чтобы настроить частоту обновления ограничений:

1. В раскрывающемся списке выберите период:
  - Каждый день.
  - Каждую неделю.
  - Каждый месяц.
  - Настроить интервал. Интервал рассчитывается от даты начала периода показа пакета в магазине.
  - Без регулярного обновления.

1. Задайте расписание обновления, указав параметры, соответствующие периоду.

Чтобы настроить ограничение времени отображения пакета (опиционально):

1. В поле Показывать товар в магазине выберите Ограниченное время.

1. Укажите часовой пояс, начало и конец периода.

1. Чтобы не указывать конец периода отображения предмета, установите флажок Без даты окончания.

Настройте атрибуты для предмета одним из следующих способов (опционально):

1. Добавьте атрибуты и их значения в формате JSON.

1. Создайте атрибуты и их значения вручную и настройте их связь с товарами.

Проверьте настройки и нажмите Создать пакет.

Создание виртуальных предметов

Перед настройкой виртуальной валюты или пакетов виртуальной валюты рекомендуется создать группы, чтобы товары можно было сортировать, а также управлять их отображением в магазине.

Чтобы создать виртуальный предмет:

В проекте в Личном кабинете перейдите в раздел Каталог товаров > Все товары.
Нажмите Добавить и в раскрывающемся списке выберите Виртуальный предмет.

Добавьте:
- изображение (опционально);
- артикул;
- группу, содержащую этот предмет в магазине;
- название;
- краткое описание (опционально).
Чтобы настроить отображение предмета в магазине, выберите соответствующий статус.

Задайте цены или создайте бесплатный предмет в поле Платно или бесплатно:

- Чтобы создать бесплатный предмет, выберите Бесплатный предмет.

- Чтобы задать цену, выберите Платный предмет и укажите цену в реальной или виртуальной валюте. При необходимости настройте региональные цены.

Предмет может иметь цены в нескольких реальных и виртуальных валютах. В этом случае необходимо указать валюту по умолчанию для каждого типа: одну — среди реальных, одну — среди виртуальных.

Чтобы ограничить количество предметов, доступное для покупки, активируйте переключатель Ограничивать покупку предметов пользователем и введите необходимое число.
Чтобы настроить частоту обновления ограничений:

1. В раскрывающемся списке выберите период:
  - Каждый день.
  - Каждую неделю.
  - Каждый месяц.
  - Настроить интервал. Интервал рассчитывается от даты начала периода показа предмета в магазине.

Создание бандлов

Чтобы создать бандл:

В проекте в Личном кабинете перейдите в раздел Каталог товаров > Все товары.
Нажмите Добавить и в раскрывающемся списке выберите Бандл.

Задайте необходимые параметры:
- изображение (опционально);
- артикул;
- одну или несколько групп, которым должен принадлежать бандл;
- название бандла;
- описание бандла (опционально).
Настройте атрибуты для бандла одним из следующих способов (опционально):
- Добавьте атрибуты и их значения в формате JSON.
- Создайте атрибуты и их значения вручную и настройте их связь с товарами.
Нажмите Далее.
Если вы используете персонализацию на стороне партнера, выберите тип бандла — стандартный или динамический. Для бандлов динамического типа вы можете не создавать товары на стороне Xsolla, а передавать содержимое бандла, сформированное на стороне вашего сервера в момент запроса каталога. Если персонализация на стороне партнера не подключена, переключатель с выбором типа бандла не отображается и создается бандл стандартного типа.

Добавьте товары в бандл:
1. Выберите тип товара.
2. Укажите один или несколько артикулов товаров, входящих в бандл.
3. Задайте количество для каждого артикула.

Нажмите Далее.
Настройте цену бандла в поле Платно или бесплатно:
- Чтобы создать бесплатный бандл, выберите Бесплатный бандл.
- Чтобы задать цену, выберите Платный бандл и укажите цену в реальной или виртуальной валюте. Бандл с нулевой ценой создать нельзя. При необходимости настройте региональные цены.
Чтобы ограничить количество бандлов, доступное для покупки, активируйте переключатель Ограничивать покупку бандлов пользователем и введите необходимое число.

Чтобы настроить частоту обновления ограничений:
1. В раскрывающемся списке выберите период:
  - Каждый день.
  - Каждую неделю.
  - Каждый месяц.
  - Настроить интервал. Интервал рассчитывается от даты начала периода показа бандла в магазине.
  - Без регулярного обновления.
2. Задайте расписание обновления, указав параметры, соответствующие периоду.

Нажмите Далее.

Настройте отображение бандла в магазине:
1. Выберите статус.
2. Настройте ограничение времени отображения бандлов (опционально): укажите часовой пояс, начало и конец периода отображения. Чтобы не указывать конец периода отображения бандла, установите флажок Без даты окончания.

Нажмите Далее.
Проверьте все настройки и нажмите Сохранить.

Вы можете автоматизировать создание и обновление каталога, используя методы Shop Builder API. Благодаря автоматизации вы сможете поддерживать каталог в актуальном состоянии, не тратя на это много времени. Автоматизация каталога позволяет создавать и обновлять товары и акции и импортировать данные из внешних систем.

Методы API создания и обновления товаров и акций требуют базовой аутентификации. Передайте в запросе параметр Authorization:Basic <your_authorization_basic_key>, где <your_authorization_basic_key> — пара ID продавца:ключ API, закодированная по стандарту Base64. Значения параметров вы можете найти в Личном кабинете:

ID продавца указан:
- В разделе Настройки компании > Компания.
- Aдресной строке браузера на любой странице Личного кабинета. URL-адрес имеет вид https://publisher.xsolla.com/<merchant_id>/.

Ключ API отображается в Личном кабинете только при создании и должен храниться на вашей стороне. Создать ключ можно в разделах:
- Настройки компании > Ключи API;
- Настройки проекта > Ключи API.

Чтобы создать товары с помощью API:

Выгрузить данные о товарах из вашей системы.
Преобразуйте выгруженные данные в формат, который соответствует формату данных в методе API нужного типа товара.
Создайте скрипт, который для каждого товара в выгрузке вызовет нужный метод API:

Вы также можете импортировать товары с помощью метода API Импорт товаров из JSON-файла.

Если вы хотите использовать группы товаров, предварительно создайте их в Личном кабинете.

В проекте в Личном кабинете перейдите в раздел Каталог товаров > Все товары.
Нажмите Добавить и в раскрывающемся списке выберите Товары из JSON.

Выберите нужное действие:
- Добавить новые товары — будут добавлены только товары с новыми артикулами.
- Добавить новые товары и обновить существующие — будут добавлены товары с новыми артикулами и обновлены данные существующих товаров.
- Добавить новые, обновить существующие и отключить недостающие товары — товары с артикулами из файла будут добавлены/обновлены. Если товар есть в каталоге, но товара с таким артикулом нет в файле, статус товара в Личном кабинете будет изменен на Частично доступен. Такой товар нельзя приобрести отдельно, но он доступен в составе бандла или в качестве бонуса.
Нажмите Продолжить.

Заполните файл для импорта:
- Скачайте шаблон файла в окне загрузки и заполните его по примеру ниже.
- Сделайте экспорт товаров и используйте экспортированный файл как шаблон.
- Создайте свой JSON-файл и заполните его по примеру ниже.

Создание блока Магазин или кнопки покупки

Блок Магазин используется для продажи каталога товаров на сайте. В блоке отображаются все товары из группы, которую вы выбрали для продажи. Кнопка покупки – это инструмент для продажи отдельного товара. Вы можете использовать кнопку в нескольких блоках конструктора. С помощью кнопки вы можете продавать только бандлы и игровые ключи.
