How to enable voice input
How it works
The voice input ensures proper functionality of cloud games that require microphone access, e.g., for voice control or in-game voice chat. For these games, a compatibility message appears before launch, informing the user that microphone access is required.
User flow when the voice input is enabled:
- The user launches a game.
- The compatibility message appears.
- The user clicks Play.
- The game session starts.
Note
If the user clicks Cancel, the game session doesn’t start.

- The user chooses whether to allow microphone access:
- If permission is granted, the user can use the voice input feature while playing.
- If permission is denied, the user can’t use the voice input feature while playing.
If you disable the voice input in your Publisher Account, the compatibility message doesn’t appear and the microphone isn’t used while playing.
Note
If there are any issues with the voice input feature in your game, contact the Xsolla Cloud Gaming team at cloud_gaming_team@xsolla.com.
