How to connect additional games to the launcher

How it works

Each project in Publisher Account represents one game. When you add a launcher project to Publisher Account, it is bound to that game by default.

The launcher also supports running multiple games. This allows you to market directly to your players, optimize content delivery, and drive upsell and cross-sales for your games through a single application.

In the launcher project, games are managed in the Games section. You can do the following:

It is not possible to remove games from the launcher project.

How to get it

Add a game from the existing project in Publisher Account

  1. Open your project in Publisher Account.
  2. Click Launcher in the side menu.
  3. Find the launcher on the dashboard, and click Edit launcher.
  4. In the Games section, click Add game.
  5. Select Add game from an existing project.
  6. In Project section, select the project
  7. Select a game type:
    • Web
    • Desktop
  8. Click Add game and wait for the game to be added to the launcher project.

The added game has the free-to-play distribution model by default. This means that players have free access to the game after downloading the launcher.

To keep this setting, click Keep F2P. To change the distribution model to pay-to-play (players purchase the game to access it), click Go to game settings. You can also change the distribution model later in Game settings > Distribution > Distribution model.

Notice
Before changing the distribution model to pay-to-play, add the game keys to the store.

Create a new project in Publisher Account and add it to a launcher

  2. Click Launcher in the side menu.
  3. Find the launcher on the dashboard, and click Edit launcher.
  4. In the Games section, click Add game.
  5. Select Create a new project.
  6. To fill in the game data automatically, provide a Link to your game on any platform. This adds an image of the game, its name, and description to the project settings.
  7. To fill in the game data manually, click I don’t have a link, set up manually and specify:
    1. Project languages (default: English)
    2. Project name for all specified languages
    3. Game website (optional)
  8. Select a game type:
    • Web
    • Desktop

Reorder games

  1. Press and hold down the left mouse button over the = icon to the left of the game.
  2. Use the mouse to drag the game up or down to change its position.
