Test Web Shop in sandbox mode

Sandbox is a stand-alone environment that supports all features of live mode, except for user log in, real payments, and refunds.

To test the work of Web Shop in sandbox mode, follow these steps:

  1. In the Builder for your site, click Preview.

Note
Web Shop preview in sandbox mode is available only for users who are specified in Publisher Account in the Company settings > Users section.

  1. Sign up on the site.

  1. Select a virtual item, virtual currency, bundle, or subscription and click the buy button.
Note
In sandbox mode, you can only test subscriptions without a trial period. To test subscriptions with a trial period, you need to use a real payment to create a billing account.
